Phuket Island ~ 16 - 19 January 2010
Our second holiday out of our home and this time we visited Phuket Thailand.
It was Beilou's 2nd time boarding a flight...international flight that is.
We were as thilled as Beilou as as I can remember the very last time we fly international was at least 10 years back...heheheh.Hubs took the seat next to Beilou while mine was at another aisle. Anyway, that was the best spot to snap this pic...
Our hotel, Ibis Patong, was indeed a fab one despite its tiny but comfy room. Our 1st night at the island was a round-trip to Jungceylon Mall a little at the end road of RatCha-U-Thit Road.
We bought alot of Lay's and enough of cup noodles for everybody at home. I did hope...
Beilou~swimming at the hotel pool on a hot day
Sunsetting at Patong Beach
Night-stroll along Patong Beach
We won't miss our daily walk along Ratcha-U-Thit Road & Bangla Road.We almost had our daily lunch at Tong Pian pork noodles & braised pork leg rice
Beilou just loved the Briley steamed chic rice (Hainanese Chic Rice)
Our snacking of grilled squid & eggs over charcoal ~ everyday too!
Forgotten to snap for the BBQ skewers of beef, chic, pork, chic wings...
What amused me the most was their Pink-skinned Century eggs...^^

...Back to school
Beilou is back to school today. He was indeed happy & thrilled but not so myself...as things were different compared to last year be it Teacher Jacinta replaced by Teacher Pat (same name with Popo), the classroom - from downstairs to upstairs and especially all of his classmates. As they were all transferred about & put into other classes. Well I was feeling a little of relieved when I saw Lee Jia Cheng, Aleeya & Nor'eil joining the same class with Beilou - En-Macmillan...at least some familiar faces for him...
All his other buddies from En-Livingstone were in another classes...Zhe Xi, Aiman and Lingess goes to the same class. Haaa.....so worry about Teacher Pat being Beilou's class teacher. She is a soft-spoken lady and so I guess she hardly speaks any louder.
Recalling last year's annual concert...her class performed the bored to tears robotic dance. Geez...
Well, let us pray for the best for Beilou with Teacher Pat this year...
And I am assuming that this year will be a rather quite year for Beilou. I'm hoping that he'll do better academically as there will not be too much of 'playing' in the classroom this year...
And know what, he's definitely having MORE homework than ever! And he has started to complain about it ~
