Bored...

Finally, Friday has come... But I'm bored...so, so bored...
Thinking of the coming weekend...the feeling of boredom added up
Well, somehow, the extra replacement holiday the following Monday
might cheer me up
a little...I hope...
and I certainly need more rest & relax

"I wish that I could turn back the clock,
bring the wheels of time to a stop,

back to days...when life was so much better...

Q-Dees Malaysian Citizenship

Beilou went to bed SO early last nite at 8p.m.
As I thought we could go home earlier so that he can play-play with his 'tai-kor', he eventually fell asleep in the car while we were on our way home.
Well, okay, fine with me...I settled in earlier myself. Thank God ^^

Today, in conjunction of Q-Dees Malaysian Citizenship Day at beilou's kindie, I have him wore one of his 'kai-kai' shirt...which comes with the colour of our national flag...red, white, blue & yellow.
Beilou got up so brightly this morning, he even asked why he wasn't dressed in his uniform.
I told him, teacher said everybody be wearing 'kai-kai' clothes instead of kindie uniform.
He somehow remembers & then told that the national flag got a blue regtangular ~ yellow moon & star...good job! Must thank the kindie for this...

All the kids came to kindie wearing their bestest traditional wear this morning ~ the Muslims clad in Baju Melayu & Baju Kurung, the Indians with their traditional wear and Cheong Sam for the Chinese girls while the boys...more casual with a few came in 'Kung-fu' costume. Hai-yah!
Zhe Xi (beilou's classmate) even brings a mini flag along....

I hope the kids would remember today as a pre-celebration of the Independence Day and my son, at 4 years old, be celebrating the 52nd Merdeka Day this year.

Thumbs up to the kindie, Q-Dees that is, for taking this opportunity to show the kids of today of what patriotism means and may all of them be part of the good quality citizen and play a significant role when they are all grown up.

Well, the 1-week term holiday starts tomorrow. I hope hubs can send beilou to mom's so that I won't be too late to the office for that 1 whole week...heheheh

Revolutionize...

For all of my life...I've been busy jotting down on whatever expenses I've made, calculating each and every single sen I spend...and how come budgeting just won't work for me???

On the radio...they were saying, "Budget to Afford"... calculate, put aside $$ for that obsession that you've wanted...siapa tak tau kan? It's sure easier to talk...
does "Action speaks louder" has to do anything with this issue??? Guess not cos "act first, consider later" equals to "buy first-lah, think abo
ut it later" wins all the time... (ur 'gadgets' different issue, yah, sis)

Not sure if anyone agreeing with me on this as if I hadn't been trying my very best to at least budget for my own needs. Or if it was that I'm actually being underpaid for all THESE years? No one can give me any appropriate answers and so you may ask, now, what's the solution?

I don't know...I don't know...I don't know...
You tell me...
A little alterations here & there might help
I hope...

La-fu...

Koizora (Sky of Love) ~ Japanese Drama

Tahara Mika is an ordinary high school girl. One day, out of the blue, one of her classmates kisses her. His name is Sakurai Hiroki also known as Hiro. Hiro stands out because of his bleached hair and piercing. Apparently he is also dating someone. Mika is shocked and hurt ...

Lead cast ~ Sakurai Hiroki (by Seto Koji) & Tahara Mika (by Mizusawa Elena)

comparing between movie and drama...

I prefer the later. Seto is much more cuter (^_^) than Mr. wats-his-name from the movie & Elena is also prettier here.

it cried me a river watching this drama & it only took me 2 days to finish the whole 6 episodes of it. too bad that Hiro couldn't make it to protect his beloved Mika as he was taken away by a sudden illness, cancer... boohoohoo...

Hiro: I really want to become the sky...become the sky & watch over you forever

Mika: Then, I'll look up to the sky when I think of you...

A bright day means you're in a good mood

A rainy day means you're crying

A dusky sky means you're blushing

A night sky means you're holding me gently in your arms

Hiro: I can only buy you such a cheap ring, so to compensate...

I'll give all the stars in the universe...to you

Mika: H-mm...But, I just want you...

The best present is...staying by my side forever

Hiro: Mika...I understand...I want to stay by your side too...

(aiyo...so touching ler...)

Fukui Mai sings the OST titled "アイのうた" (Ai No ta)

this is so wonderful...a nice one...

For Dad...

One would wonder why Mom is not in our family pix lately??? sigh...just don't make me start commenting on this.

It's June 26 2009...
Our dinner/supper at Tenji Japanese Buffet Restaurant, Soho KL, Solaris Mont Kiara which we have booked 2 weeks earlier, recommended by Dad after hearing from Peg (our neighbour) about this great buffet spread she had...
Okay, fine with us cos we just love eating...so we booked for 5 person to go (Dad, Jen, hubs, Beilou & myself)

The foodstuff, the ambiance, the service, were great. No complain yet. Jen & I have made a patch that we are going there again some
other time but W/O parents & kids....wahahaha! Again, Happy Father's Day to you, Dad...as this eat-outing was actually a post-father's day-dinner.
